June is one of our rescues that has been with us for almost a year. She was brought to the rescue last summer (in June) by a good samaritan after she had wandered up on someone’s porch. She was very emaciated and had an open wound on the top of her head (see last two images). Over the last 10 months she has filled out beautifully and turned into a very happy, sweet girl.

June is very selective when it comes to other dogs, so if you have a dog, it is imperative that you bring them to meet June first. Also, she is reactive to cats, so an ideal home for her would be cat free and most likely dog free. 

If June is adopted before her surrender date from last year (June 10th), her adoption fee will be lowered to $100, and her next vaccines will be free (which will have her covered for the next year, and free heartworm and flea/tick prevention for 6 months)!!!
