Bonnie is a very cute 7-month-old American Bulldog mix who came to the rescue with her sister Beatrice. She is a shy girl who likes to let her sister be the leader and she follows behind. Once Bonnie warms up to you, however, she will be rubbing up against you and flopping over on her back begging for belly rubs. 

Bonnie is very, very sweet and we think would get along great with most other dogs. She does get very excited when she sees cats when she is in her kennel, but we think she is just intrigued and wants to smell them. 

She enjoys playing outside with her sister and friends, but she also loves being inside getting one-on-one attention from people. She is very food motivated, which will come in handy when training. Right now, she is working on being leash trained which is coming along very well, and she is learning how to sit which is taking a bit longer.
