CVRS Adoption Application

Thank you so much for your interest in adopting one of our rescue animals!

The adoption fees are as follows:

  • Kittens/young cats $100

  • Senior cats $60 and 30% off preventatives for life at Colbert Animal Hospital

  • Puppies/young dogs $200

  • Senior dogs $100

Once this application is submitted, the rescue coordinator will review it and contact you via email to schedule a “Meet and Greet”/potential adoption date. If you have any questions, please email us at info@colbertvetrescue.org.
